How to make Chicken Liver Fry


                                                               Chicken Liver Fry

Ingredients

Chicken livers - 5-8
Red chilli powder - 2tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Coriander powder - 1tsp
Ginger garlic paster - 1tbsp
Lime juice - 1/4tsp
Salt - as needed
Oil - as needed

Method

Mix red chilli,turmeric,coriander powders,salt,lime juice,gg paste.Marinate liver in this masala for about 1 hour.Deep fry them and drain excess oil by placing them in the paper towel.Serve hot with sliced onions.
